The French Alps
I don’t know what is it with Christmas and snow, but they look good together. Maybe we are just programmed by the many Christmas Hollywood movies we saw growing up, and the Christmas cards we see and receive through the years, and the many famous Christmas songs with snows on its lyrics. Let’s face it, how many Hollywood Christmas movies can you remember watching without a snow falling or just plain snow on the streets or outside of the house in the scenes of a Christmas movie, most probably there is none or none that you can remember on top of your head right now.
The French Alpes Region is popular for its ski resorts, shops, spas, and of course its marvelous snow covered mountain views. The French Alps is a well-known place for travel and vacation during Christmas Holidays. Its surrounding is conducive for the whole family to feel and be close to one another. Its scenic views encourage sweet talks among lovers, and sharing stories among family members. And when you are in this region in France, it is always nice to stay at a comfortable and chic French chalet available in the region. After trying your skills in skiing or pampering yourself in a spa, it is nice to come home and snuggle with your loved one, or stay inside with your family and friends in a luxurious French chalet.
