Katie Holmes in denim shorts: hit or miss?

Katie Holmes roams the streets of New York in Denim shorts, black tights, and high heels. And of course, lest we forget she still has those huge black shades. I don’t know about you but I think this look is simply a miss, not a hit at all. Maybe it would look better if she would just simply take off that black tights (or was that a hideous stockings?) and showoff her lovely long legs.
