Surprisingly, the tv-reality show starlet did not choose to wear something that would showcase her lovely physical assets but opted to wear a long green gown for her birthday celebration. Sister Kourthey did manage to bring out some hotness by wearing a very sexy outfit that shows off her assets in the chest department. But Kim did manage to show us how she blows, I mean, how she blows her candles on her lavender birthday cake. But to some of us that is enough to make our imaginations run wild. Happy Birthday Kim.
